The home is part of the Hither Hills community and includes private beach access. It is a located within walking distance of the state park and a short drive to the famed Walking Dunes hiking path.

The dining table can sit 8 people with a kitchen island that can accommodate an additional 4 people. If outdoor dining is desired, there is a table and grill on the patio as well as casual seating at the pool.
